I am the current owner of a T-Mobile store in Denver, CO. This is an actual T-Mobile store, when you walk in you believe you are in a corporate T-Mobile store. I am NOT looking to sell my store.

As a preferred partner of T-Mobile I have been given access to the Cheyenne market. I think it is quite simply a no brainer money maker. There are currently 7,000 T-Mobile subscribers in the area with no store to service them except online or in Ft Collins, CO. In addition, they are expanding their 700MHz coverage in both Colorado and Wyoming within the next year. Lastly, T-Mobile is the only carrier that offers free WiFi calling. If you have issues calling from your cell at home or work, a free device that conects to your modem from T-Mobile provides a solution to this common faced problem by cell users in WY.

I am looking for a partner to help me open this location. I have the $ to do it myself, however I live in SW Denver and while expanding this market my attention to a distant location would be very limited. I would prefer to have a partner who could be part of our team and keep the store employees in line. A good manager will only go so far. I am looking for someone who would have some skin in the game.

The total to open your own store is 150K, I am looking for 100k AND more importantly some of your time. I will invest the other 50K.

The profit split will be 50/50. You may ask, wait I am paying more and investing my time, why isn't my share higher? The reason is, if the store is even a marginal producer you will have a 100% ROI within 12 months. After that you will be earning a 6 figure salary for 20-25hrs of work per week. If I don't find the right partner to work with, I will still open this location.
